RETURNS AND REFUNDS

(1)   What is your return policy?

All physical Nmobile products are 100% guaranteed. Any of our items may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a prompt refund of the product cost. After 5 days, we will not accept nor refund again.

HOW TO RETURN

To make your return, alert Nmobile customer service either via email (services@nmobile.ng) or phone (07006662453 or 0700-NMOBILE). Then simply send the products in question to our fulfillment center (below) and you will be reimbursed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN

(a) It is within five (5) days from the delivery date.

(b). The item is NEW and in Good condition.

(c). The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards, manuals, receipt, etc.)

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items after 5 days from the date of delivery.

 

(2)  How do I ask for a refund?

You can request a refund by either sending us an email at services@nmobile.ng, giving us a call at (07006662453 or 0700-NMOBILE) or contact us through our Live Chat on nMobile.ng

 

(3) How will I get my refund?

Refunds will be made through your Nwallet or local bank account.

(4) How long does a refund take to process?

For physical product, we will process refunds when the returned products are evaluated and found in good condition, including the packs/carton
